The working principle of the desktop range hood -- Air re-circulation
The air inlet of the range hood should be as close as possible to the cooking surface of other appliances (no more than 10cm away). Recommended for use with cooking appliances : induction cooker, electric grill, electric heating cooker. It should not be used for open flame cooking, which might be damage the product and cause fire.
The cooking oil fume will be filtered through 3 filters, then vented from the air outlet of the range hood.
The clean and harmless smoke will not disappear, but will be discharged into the room.
